Social Wellness:  
Developing a sense of connection, belonging, and a well-developed support system. • A sense of belonging and a reliable support system to help during difficult times • Make social connections daily • Do not hesitate to seek advice from your support groups • Create healthy relationships

Spiritual Wellness:
Expanding your sense of purpose and meaning in life. • Enhancing connection to self, God’s nature, and others in the community brings balance and peace to your life • Take time to discover what are the things most important to you and increase those activities

Sexual Wellness:
Although it could be considered a part of physical wellness, sexual wellness is an area which deserves a special mention. Healthy sex provides benefits such better immune system, better heart health, improved self-esteem, decreased depression and anxiety, increased libido, immediate, natural pain relief and better sleep.  No physical exercise or diet can provide the emotions and health benefits of good sex with your sex partner.

Emotional Wellness:
According to the National Centre for Emotional Wellness, the term refers to an awareness, understanding and acceptance of your emotions. It is about your ability to manage effectively the challenges and change associated with your emotions. Emotional wellness underlies our overall well-being. When we are emotionally healthy, we can deal with many the aspects of the ups and downs in our life.
